Health and safety

Everyone goes
home safe.

Our crews work on live sites, with systems under pressure and fluids in transit. Safety is planned into every task before it starts.

Our commitment

No programme date is worth an injury.

We plan the work, isolate it, prove it and supervise it. Anyone on our crew can stop a task they believe is unsafe, and they will be backed for it. Subcontractors are held to the same standard as our own people.

  • Safe Work Method Statements for high-risk construction work
  • Client permits, isolations and site rules, every time
  • Stop-work authority for every worker
  • Induction, competency and supervision before the task
  • Incidents and near misses reported, investigated and shared

On site

Safety is planned before it is practised.

01

Plan

Risk assessed and controlled before mobilisation, with the SWMS reviewed by the crew.

02

Isolate

No work on plant that has not been isolated and proven under the client’s permit system.

03

Pressure

Systems under test or flow are controlled, restrained and barricaded.

04

Fluids

Coolants and flush water handled with SDS, containment and spill kits.

05

Lifting

IBCs, drums and equipment moved with the right plant, not by hand.

06

Fitness

Crews arrive fit for work, with fatigue managed across shifts and travel.

Management system

Built to recognised standards.

Our health and safety, quality and environmental management system is structured to align with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and is documented for prequalification with principal contractors and Defence primes.
