Clean. Filled.
Certified.
Pre-commissioning cleaning and fill for technology cooling and facility loops, quoted as one scope and handed over with one certificate.
The last step
before IT load.
Whatever is left in a loop ends up in cold plates and CDU strainers. Our process removes what a conventional flush leaves behind, within the pipework’s pressure rating, with heat exchangers cleaned in place. Then the loop is filled, verified and sealed.
- Technology cooling and facility loops
- Cleanliness and fluid condition verified by instrument
- PG25 supplied and filled from drum, IBC or ISO tank
- Flush and fill quoted as one scope
- Sampling and top-up for the life of the loop

The flush is the last step before IT load goes on. It should not be the step that delays it.
Measured
Cleanliness is a number on a certificate, not the colour of the water.
One scope
No gap between the flush contractor and the fill.
A baseline
The record every later question about the loop refers back to.

- 01At design
The commissioning scope is right before the specification goes out.
- 02In construction
The flush and fill is programmed off the critical path.
- 03At handover
One certificate. The baseline you keep.
