A sealed cooling loop is filled once and runs for the life of the facility. We get it clean, fill it right, and hand over the measurements that prove it.
If compute is revenue, time to compute has economic value. If time to compute has value, certainty has a price. The flush is the last step before IT load goes on. A loop signed off dirty takes a hall offline on a date already sold to a tenant. We make certain it is clean, and we prove it.
