Every loop we touch leaves clean, filled and certified. Where we also supply and install the equipment, you deal with one party from delivery to handover.

Flush and fill

Pre-commissioning cleaning, fill and certification. Our process removes what a conventional flush leaves behind, within the pipework’s pressure rating, with heat exchangers cleaned in place. Then the fill: the specified fluid, conditioned, verified and sealed.

CDU design to commissioning

Coolant distribution units selected, installed and commissioned, with the loop behind them cleaned and filled by the same crew. One commissioning record for unit, loop and fluid.

Loop pipework, distribution units and heat rejection installed, insulated, clad, pressure tested and commissioned. No gap between the installer and the commissioning team.
