Our rules
- We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, secret commissions or facilitation payments, directly or through anyone else.
- Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, never linked to a decision, and recorded.
- Agents, consultants and subcontractors acting for us are held to this policy.
- Books and records must accurately reflect every transaction.
- We comply with Australian law, including the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and the law of every country we work in.
Breaches may lead to disciplinary action and referral to authorities. Concerns can be raised under the Whistleblower Policy.
This policy applies to all SI Critical Systems employees, contractors and subcontractors. It is reviewed annually, and after any significant incident or change.
