Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy

Zero tolerance for modern slavery in our business or our supply chain.

Modern slavery includes forced labour, servitude, debt bondage, deceptive recruitment, child labour and human trafficking. We are not a reporting entity under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), but we apply its principles and respect the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Our commitments

  • Know where the products we supply are made and who makes them.
  • Carry out due diligence on suppliers in proportion to risk, including questionnaires for higher-risk categories.
  • Include modern slavery and human rights obligations in supplier contracts.
  • Act to remediate if we find modern slavery in our operations or supply chain.
  • Train our people to recognise and report the risks.

This policy applies to all SI Critical Systems employees, contractors and subcontractors. It is reviewed annually, and after any significant incident or change.
