Quality Policy

A loop is either clean or it is not. We measure it, record it and hand over the evidence.

Our commitments

  • Agree acceptance criteria with the customer before work starts.
  • Measure and record by instrument rather than assume, and hand the records over at completion.
  • Use instruments that are calibrated and traceable.
  • Control drawings, procedures and records so the right version is used on site.
  • Select suppliers and manufacturers on quality and fitness for the loop.
  • Manage non-conformances to root cause and prevent recurrence.
  • Seek customer feedback after every project and act on it.
  • Structure our management system to align with ISO 9001.

The Director is accountable for this policy. Every employee is responsible for the quality of their own work.

This policy applies to all SI Critical Systems employees, contractors and subcontractors. It is reviewed annually, and after any significant incident or change.
