Singapore publishes SS 726:2026 for liquid cooling

Enterprise Singapore has launched what it describes as the world’s first liquid-cooling standard for data centres in tropical climates.

What happened

  • SS 726:2026 addresses the commissioning, fluids and maintenance of liquid-cooled systems.
  • It moves fluid condition and handover evidence from project practice into a written standard.

Why it matters

Australian specifications are heading the same way. A measured handover, with fluid condition recorded, is what a standard like this asks for.
